M&J Engineering is seeking a Resident Engineer based in NY with a licence to work in both NY/NJ.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for contract administration, contractor/supplier managment, scheduling, procurement and commercial compliance whilst operating cross-functionality.• Delivered a diverse range of projects from bridge replacements to highway and ramp reconstructions • 7 projects delivered ahead of schedule and in budget in less than 5 years, apart from COVID related supply chain.• Leads design and installation projects across the states, with most work done in New York.• Average profit of 15% across portfolio, with a 60% client retention rate.
Qualifications
PE & PMP License: NY, NJ & CT Education: MBS & MSc, Engineering Management & Construction Management
