The Assistant Project Manager is ultimately responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and issue Purchase Orders / Contracts
- Complete all submittals, change orders, RFIs, and so forth in a timely manner
- Prepare and consistently maintain Material Status Log
- Prepare monthly progress billings to owner
- Oversee the assembly of all close-out documentation
- Maintain excellent Owner, Architect, and Subcontractor relations
Job Requirements
- 3 - 4 years experience in healthcare / medical facility construction as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office applications
- Frequent relocation to assigned projects
- Good written and oral communication skills
