We’re seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team in a hybrid role that blends project coordination with hands-on marketing support for open houses and property showings. Assistance with clients allows you to earn bonus income.
If you have experience working with a company related to construction, that would be advantageous as you could use some of that knowledge and project flow understanding with our projects. We will fully train you in the role. Great organizational skills will make you successful.
Job Summary
The Hybrid Project Coordinator & Marketing Associate will support the planning and execution of development projects while also assisting marketing activities such as property showings and open houses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and has a passion for both building homes and engaging with clients at luxury properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination (75%)
- Assist with planning and scheduling real estate development projects.
- Coordinate timelines, vendor schedules, and team communications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and checklists.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support agents and development managers with administrative and logistical needs.
Marketing Assistance (25%)
Bonuses are given with house sales.
- Host open houses on a Saturday or a Sunday from 1-4pm.
- Give broker tours and client showings of our properties, on request.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate or property development industry.
- Familiarity with real estate compliance, contracts, or permitting processes.
We will provide full training.
Vendor bonus, time off:
After being a vendor with our company for 120 days, we give a 5 day vendor bonus off at will, on the company dime. Then we also give these days off for being a vendor for our company as well.
