Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
- Execute high-quality carpentry work for custom building and remodeling projects.
- Assist the Superintendent in coordinating and overseeing project completion.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and support newer carpenters while fostering a positive work environment.
- Uphold and model our company’s core values.
