Reports To: Operations Manager
Location: Southwest Arkansas, Northwest Arkansas, Central Arkansas
General Duties: Transport, deliver, and merchandise products for retail accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the vehicle and equipment
- Manage truck inventory and perform daily reconciliation
- Deliver and merchandise products for retail accounts, ensuring compliance with MK delivery and merchandising standards
- Collect and reconcile payments from retail accounts
- Participate in weekend pull-up rotation as required
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Keep CDL eligibility current at all times
- Complete training with successful outcomes in a timely manner
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
- CDL preferred but not required
- Basic math skills
- Legible writing skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform essential physical job functions successfully through job simulation testing
- Successful completion of all DOT testing, including drug testing
- Must be insurable by the company's MK commercial carrier
