Position Title: Assistant Hydrovac Manager

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
- Work under fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with other heavily motivated people
- Sorting and organizing paperwork
- Shadow and assist Kyle Wesch and Matt Lawrence with daily duties
- Composing quotes and estimates based on verbal conversations or brief site walks
- Process new customer and credit applications
- Complete project number requests
- Project Filing
- Update and maintain waste approvals and manifests
- Maintain and organize Spill paperwork as needed
- Camera report editing as needed
- Building and submitting PTP's
- Complete and submit Dispatch Sheets
- Train to submit Miss Dig tickets
- Adhere to and enforce all safety standards
- Participate in and promote the safety culture
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient computer skills; working with various software, websites and programs
- Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Google Docs, Microsoft Team 365
- Must be comfortable and great with numbers – basic math
- Able to communicate across various forums including email, phone, text, messaging, fax and snail mail.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment under pressure/deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Follow instructions given both orally or in writing
- Ability to work independently, with accuracy and in accordance with company safety and quality standards
- Ability to communicate in English with other employees for the purpose of hazard recognition, problem solving, or other purposes

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
