We are seeking full time employment for hard working, safe and experienced Laborer.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- WILL TRAIN
- Assist Operator with HX truck work and maintaining truck
- Effective communication with on-site foremen regarding progress and safety
- Adhere to and enforce all safety standards
- Maintain organized and clean job site throughout the project.
- Participate in and promote the safety culture
- Maintain all necessary job-related certifications
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must have Chauffer's license and current DOT Medical Card (or be willing to obtain both before starting)
- Dependable transportation to and from shop each day
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as an individual environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work with hands on tools and to work in construction related situations
- Follow instructions given both orally or in writing
- Ability to work independently, with accuracy and in accordance with company safety and quality standards
- Ability to communicate in English with other employees for the purpose of hazard recognition, problem solving, or other purposes
