What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Foreman position at M&L Construction Inc?
Not a typical landscape position but offers more opportunity in utility and excavation work.
We are doing fiber installation work where someone who can operate a mini-ex around existing facilities in the ground safely would be ideal. If you have attention to detail and want to learn, our scope includes:
setting fiber hand holes, restore cores in the asphalt/concrete, clean up yards, sprinkler repairs. Start as laborer and grow to operate a mini-ex or go any direction with the roles we fulfill: directional drilling, vac truck, plow crew or dig crew. Excavation work can include dig footings or utility trenches, back fill, grade and other roles you would be directed in.
We will train just need to bring an attitude that wants to learn and self driven initiative.
Valid drivers license, no drug use and adhere to no cell phones while working or driving.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance
- Proficiency in landscape construction projects
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a crew
Pay is DOE with health/vision, dental, company donation to 401K, life insurance, Aflac
