- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects effectively.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong understanding of maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
