M&L Engine is the Isuzu engine distributor for the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Texas. We also custom build generator and pump packages. The company is well established and has been in business for over 40 years. We offer sales, services, parts and training.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales revenue
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with warm calling and outbound calling is desired
