We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing recommendations to support business decision-making.
You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis methodologies, findings, and processes.
- Present findings and insights to management and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
