Mölnlycke is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our Fillers and Conventional Wound Care portfolio. This role combines strategic brand management, product lifecycle ownership, and cross-functional leadership to drive business growth. You will manage product launches, oversee P&L, and develop impactful marketing plans while ensuring compliance and consistency across all messaging and assets. With a focus on performance, you’ll track sales targets, analyze market trends, and assess ROI on initiatives. Key Accountabilities

  • Product Expertise & Market Insights: Gain and maintain in-depth product and market knowledge through ongoing training, travel, and market research to support gelling fibers and conventional dressings.
  • Strategic Marketing & Brand Management: Develop and execute annual tactical plans and strategies to enhance product positioning, drive sales, and grow market share.
  • Sales Support & Enablement: Create tools and resources to empower the sales team and optimize their performance.
  • Forecasting & Budget Management: Develop accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets effectively, and report on financial performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with internal teams and global partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and lifecycle management.
  • Performance & Market Analysis: Implement KPIs, monitor market trends, and conduct research to track and enhance marketing initiatives.
  • KOL Engagement & Business Development: Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, gather customer insights, and collaborate on new product developments and market expansions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree from accredited college / university; MBA preferred
  • 4-6 years healthcare experience including in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, forecasting techniques, and budget management with at least 2 years in a market-facing role (presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research, Customer/KOL engagement programs)
  • Candidates should have experience in sales / marketing in the healthcare industry, preferably medical devices
  • Strong clinical background with ability to demonstrate marketing skill sets would be considered.
  • Requires 25-30% travel
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job
  • Performs all company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, DEA, OSHA) and Company policies and procedures
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk for long distances and stoop.
  • The position may be local to the Atlanta area or remote. If remote, the employee must be able to travel to the Atlanta office at least once monthly and more if required for special projects or circumstances.
