This is a contract opportunity within the Compliance Department at a foreign investment bank supporting their Sanctions team.
Responsibilities :
Support the U.S. Sanctions team with producing norms, policies and procedures relating to global and US Sanctions – and the creation and delivery of global and local targeted training against those P&Ps.
The position reports to the Head of Governance, and includes, but is not limited to, the following functions :
- Sanctions Notices and Guidance memos for clarification of regulatory developments and other Sanctions topics
- Partner with Compliance counterparts in their responsibilities involving Sanctions-related Laws, Rules, Regulations and Group policies
- Interacts regularly with management and department leaders
- Interacts with the group to express and present US Sanctions regulations
