As a Journeyman Lineman, you will play a crucial role in various distribution construction projects, pole changes, and conversions. If you are a skilled Journeyman with at least 3 years hot experience with a passion for ensuring project success, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Hot work on distribution construction projects, pole changes, and conversions from start to finish.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
- Read and interpret Specification to work effectively.
- Work Efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction apprentices.
- Collaborate with project managers to achieve project goals efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven Journeyman experience in distribution construction projects, pole changes, conversion, & storm work.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with distribution power-line operations and maintenance.
- Good Housekeeping
- Good Interstate CDL License and Current Medical Card
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
