Field Superintendent

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a strong leader in the role of Field Superintendent to help us take the business to the next level. We are looking for an individual who is a confident, a team builder, driven, and resourceful. Managing day-to-day aspects of managing project installations from start to finish, while leading, managing, and directing install teams.

What You'll Do:

• Perform On Site Inspections to ensure Crews are following all M&M guidelines required such as, apparel, professionalism, jobsite appearance along with homeowner satisfaction of crews and management
• Assist with customer relations as needed, including face to face meetings on site the morning of job starting and any follow up as needed
• Reviewing job-related paperwork, personally and with the customer
• Troubleshooting jobs with Sales and Production Team as needed to meet customer’s expectations and ensure an error-free project
• Listen to and respond to both internal and external requests/inquiries within 24 hours
• Provide peace of mind with every customer interaction
• Measure projects to ensure accuracy of job scope

Requirements:

• Ability to lift to 150 pounds with assistance
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions not limited to periods of high and low temperature extremes
• Ability to climb ladders and work from roofs
• Ability to follow all OSHA required practices
• Knowledge of Lead Safe practices and procedures
• Responsible for combining the chosen product with required engineering to create a seamless finished project

Experience

• A strong background in exterior remodeling installations and project management
• Ability to oversee final measures including windows, roofing, and siding.
• Proven track record of leading teams and organizations.
• A positive safety record and mindset, with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
