We are currently looking for subcontracting crews local to the Chicago, IL area.

Responsibilities:

• Have reliable crew
• Commitment to safety policies and ensure that all safety rules are always being followed
• Thoroughly clean job site
• Communicate with homeowners and Superintendents while onsite to address any problems (must have one English speaker on your crew)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least one year of residential roofing experience (asphalt shingles)
• Quality workmanship & excellent communication
• Motivated, organized, disciplined
• Your own truck and tools and proper insurance and licensing
