Job Overview
We are seeking a fast learner, multitasker, team player ready to work with and learn from a successful entrepreneur / inventor / infomercial marketer on developing, assembling, packaging, shipping, and marketing personal care products not only in the USA, but on an international scale.
The ideal business associate - trainee will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions such as working/learning computer tasks, but using and working with social media. The position requires punctuality and commitment to be not only a team member but being a servant and putting others first!
Polite communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving is necessary. You will be working with dentists, nurses, veterinarians, other professionals as well as the public.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, package, and ship product.
- Provide administrative support to management and managing calendars.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in record-keeping, particularly with state and federal income taxes.
- Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and inquiries.
- Maintain organized office files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed, to record payments and manage duties to enable accountants.
- Support clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills or experience:
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office environments and clerical tasks.
- Experience operating phone systems efficiently.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Social posting on various public sites.
