M&M Landscape Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Hardscape Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscaping, landscape construction, grading, and irrigation installation/repair. This is a leadership role that requires hands-on experience, the ability to manage a crew, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hardscaping expertise – Proficient in installing paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living features such as grill stations.
- Landscape construction knowledge – Experience in sod installation, plant installation, grading, drainage solutions, and pruning.
- Irrigation installation & repair – Ability to install and troubleshoot irrigation systems.
- Equipment operation – Skilled in grading using a tractor or skid steer.
- Deck & porch construction experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or irrigation.
- Strong leadership skills – Ability to manage a team, coordinate projects, and ensure quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset – Essential for maintaining a productive and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
