What You’ll Do
As a Production Supervisor at M&M Manufacturing, you will oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained at the highest level. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with safety policies and promoting safety as the top priority throughout the plant.
- Training new employees on safe machinery operation and enforcing company safety standards.
- Managing production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing costs.
- Identifying and addressing operational challenges to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Communicating effectively with employees and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Supervising and coaching team members to enhance performance and retention.
- Evaluating employee performance and supporting professional development.
- Building trust and maintaining positive employee relations for a productive work environment.
- Supporting and sustaining a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) in all aspects of operations.
