What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at M&M Office Interiors LLC?
M&M Office Interiors has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator. This job supports our Sales Team and is responsible for communicating with customers, preparing quotes, converting quotes to orders, working with vendors, coordinating deliveries, assisting in the invoicing process, keeping contracts current and other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate must have the capacity to monitor, track, and update proposals, orders, invoicing and installations as well as produce accurate work in a time sensitive environment. Must be a “people” person and have the ability to multi-task. We are willing to train the right candidate!
Qualification:
- 3-5 years of experience in the office furniture industry or B2B environment preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels internally and externally (strong grammar, punctuation, typing, and math skills needed)
- Attention to detail is a must, with the ability to self-check work for accuracy
- Ability to work and prioritize in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency and focus for the customer
- Team Design software knowledge a plus.
