What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Bookkeeper position at M&M Painting & Construction?
Administrative Assistant
- Minimum 4 years Administrative Assistant experience/HS diploma required-Some college a plus
- Quickbooks Accounting Software experience required
- Knowledge and ability of personal computer and software applications (Microsoft Suite)
- Able to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- DEPENDABLE, responsible, strong work ethic
- Able to work effectively as a team member and team leader
- Construction background helpful but not required
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30-5:30
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- A/R, A/P
- Payroll preparation
- Collections
- Assist with material purchasing/job budgets
- Corresponding with customers (via phone & email)
- Assisting owners and construction supervisors as needed (printing, emailing, calling, etc.)
- Cross training with other office personnel
