Our team is made up of talented professionals who are dedicated to excellence, and we are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales/Project Manager to join our growing team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales/Project Manager to oversee and drive sales efforts and manage construction projects within the multifamily sector. This individual will serve as a key liaison between our clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multifamily construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, architects, and investors.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Manage and track sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of leads and closing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and execute sales strategies for regional growth.

Project Management:

  • Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, from pre-construction through completion.
  • Coordinate and manage the schedule, budget, resources, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure safety standards and quality control are being met.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.

Client Relations & Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Lead project meetings, both internally and with clients, to communicate project status and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years in sales or business development within the multifamily sector.
  • Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in construction.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with large multifamily renovation projects.
  • Local market knowledge and established relationships with regional property ownership groups, property management companies, architects, and subcontractors.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED certification is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
