In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs on exterior projects, including steep-sloped roofs, siding, gutters, and windows, as well as managing crews for various projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs on exterior projects, including steep-sloped roofs, siding, gutters, and windows, as well as managing crews for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, metal panels, slate, and wood shingles into a watertight system.
- Identify various types of roofing materials and possess the knowledge to install and repair them.
- Perform service calls, diagnose leaks or issues, and conduct repairs and maintenance according to job specifications and safety standards, including warranty repairs for siding and windows.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers and Field Superintendents regarding job progress.
- Conduct quality inspections after completing repairs.
- Complete all reporting documents and necessary paperwork.
- Project manage crews for various projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Work year-round, including during extreme weather conditions (heat and sub-zero temperatures).
- Proven experience with slope roofing, siding, and windows; experience with flat roofing is a plus.
- Clean driving record, as the position requires driving a company vehicle to job sites.
- Ability to estimate multifamily and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with ladders, tools, and safety equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and increase earning potential.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Capacity to stand, bend, and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license.
