Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Excavator/Crane Operator with hands-on experience in the scrap metal recycling industry. The ideal candidate will have solid experience operating heavy equipment, particularly excavators and cranes with bucket grapples and magnets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate excavators and material handler cranes equipped with grapples and magnets.
- Load and unload scrap materials from trucks and railcars.
- Sort, move, and organize metal materials for processing.
- Conduct daily inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a scrap/recycling or similar environment.
- Proficient with bucket grapples and magnet attachments.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures in industrial settings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Valid operator certifications preferred (but not required).
