Job Description :
Our Commercial Multifamily Field Specialists are dedicated technical measurement professionals who play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and success of commercial and multifamily roofing projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong construction knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.
In this position, you will assess and re-measure commercial and multifamily roofing projects for precision, evaluate site conditions, and plan for seamless production and installation. As a Field Specialist , you will act as a trusted representative of M&M Roofing, ensuring our commercial clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Measurements & Site Assessments : Conduct precise measurements for commercial and multifamily roofing projects, verifying all project details to ensure accuracy before production.
- Material & Installation Planning : Identify required materials, evaluate site conditions, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Material ordering : Using designated supply partners, order materials for jobs.
- Client Communication : Serve as the face of M&M Home Remodeling Services, providing excellent customer service, answering client questions, and setting clear expectations for installation timelines.
- Quality Control & Compliance : Ensure all measurements and project plans align with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaboration with Project Teams : Work closely with sales consultants, project managers, and installation crews to deliver high-quality results for commercial and multifamily clients.
