Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window and Door Repair Specialist to join our team. This role requires experience in window and door inspection, repair, installation, and customer service. You will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing windows and doors, as well as installing new systems to meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair windows and doors to ensure proper function and efficiency.
- Install new windows and doors, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of various window and door styles and installation techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to order parts and find solutions for repair challenges.
- Accurately document service requests, parts usage, and job completion details.
- Safely and efficiently use tools such as saws, breaks, and other specialized equipment required for repairs and installations.
- Lift up to 50lbs independently and work at heights as necessary, ensuring safety at all times.
- Safely work off ladders and planks, following proper safety protocols.
- Manage time effectively to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure the job site is left in excellent condition.
- Load service vehicles with necessary materials and tools for each job, ensuring everything needed is on hand.
- Handle payment collection as needed and bill jobs before the next workday.
- Work in various weather conditions, adapting as needed to complete tasks.
- Follow directions from supervisors and team leaders to maintain smooth operations.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Always provide peace of mind with every customer interaction, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in our services.
