Role Overview :
As our Social Media and Content Creator, you’ll manage the social media presence for multiple brands, creating visually appealing, written, and video content that aligns with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in video editing, graphic design, and blog writing (even as a hobby) who’s ready to bring their creativity and organizational skills to the next level.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute effective social media content strategies for several brands.
Create high-quality videos, graphics, and photos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging blog posts to enhance SEO and audience engagement.
Edit short-form and long-form videos to ensure they meet branding and quality standards.
Collaborate with teams to align social media and written content with overall marketing goals.
Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments / messages, and nurture online communities.
Research and implement emerging trends, tools, and features to keep content innovative and effective.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience in Video Editing, Graphic Design, and Blog Writing : Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or similar. Demonstrated ability to create professional written and visual content.
Attention to Detail and Creativity : Strong design sensibility and ability to produce professional-quality work.
Social Media and Content Expertise : Familiarity with social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation.
Proactive and Self-Motivated : A results-oriented individual who takes initiative and follows through on tasks.
Strong Organizational Skills : Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred (but not required) :
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
Understanding of analytics to measure and optimize performance.
SEO knowledge for optimizing blog and website content.
Familiarity with short-form video platforms like TikTok or Instagram Reels.
