Job Summary:The Business Development Director will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of M&N Homecare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to expand our client base, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen our position in the homecare industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships within the community, devising effective marketing campaigns, and providing strategic leadership in the Home Care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients and partners to expand the company's customer base.
- Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, sales pitches, and presentations to prospective clients. Develop and implement growth plans that capitalize on emerging trends and address the evolving needs of the homecare industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development in Home Care services, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge in MLTC processes, strong understanding of market research, sales processes, and industry trends.
- Attributes: Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous Medicaid and Medicare experience required
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Being adaptable and flexible in a constantly changing work environment
