Job description: M&N Home Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our homecare operations, staff, and growth initiatives for our new agency in VA. Job Summary:The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of M&N Homecare. As a key member of our leadership team, oversees the daily operations of a home health agency, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing strategic leadership in the Home Care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation Leadership: Oversee and manage all aspects of home care operations, including scheduling, staffing, and service delivery, ensure compliance with regulations.
- Financial Maintenance: Develop and maintain the department budget
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with changing homecare regulations and protocols
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of homecare professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Branch Leadership: Represent the branch at all meetings with Directors and other Managers to review quotas, processes, and efficiencies
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in Home Care services, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge in MLTC processes, strong understanding of operations, compliance, and industry trends.
- Attributes: Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous Medicaid and Medicare experience required
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Being adaptable and flexible in a constantly changing work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
