Job Description
M. O'Connor Contracting, Inc. is a full-service General Contracting firm seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day aspects of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers and Site Supervisors to achieve project goals.
- Negotiate contracts and scope with subcontractors and vendors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and submittal schedules.
- Manage correspondence with architects and clients.
- Process RFI's, Proposal Requests, Change Proposals, and Change Orders.
- Review and approve submittals, PO's, Contracts, and Application for Payments.
- Develop project schedules of values.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in a General Contracting Firm, specifically in public construction.
- Procore software experience is required.
- OSHA-30 license is required.
- Strong project management skills, analysis, and critical thinking skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
