- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document management and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
