THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics and Calibration Associate to join our team. This role combines responsibilities in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and calibration services. The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently manage inventory, ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving operations, and perform essential calibration services to maintain the quality and functionality of equipment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role. As a result, this role reports to the Chief Operations Officer of m p international USA.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

· Shipping & Receiving:

o Accurately receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify product counts.

o Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including proper labeling, packaging, and documentation.

o Coordinate with carriers and couriers to arrange pickups and deliveries as needed.

o Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area, ensuring safe handling of materials.

o Prepare and track shipping orders using relevant software and systems.

o Ensure all outgoing shipments are dispatched in a timely manner and meet quality standards.

· Inventory Management:

o Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.

o Perform regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory counts.

o Organize and store inventory in an efficient, easily accessible manner.

o Monitor inventory levels and notify the team of low stock or discrepancies.

o Ensure proper rotation of stock, handling perishable items as required.

o Use inventory management software to update stock levels and record transactions.

· Calibration Services:

o Perform routine calibration and testing of equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.

o Maintain calibration records for equipment, ensuring all tools and instruments are within specified tolerances.

o Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues; escalate major issues to the technical team.

o Ensure calibration procedures are documented and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

o Coordinate with the technical team for advanced calibration, repairs, and maintenance.

o Ensure calibration tools are maintained, calibrated, and properly stored.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred.

· Prior experience in shipping and receiving, inventory management, or calibration services preferred.

· Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, inventory management systems, and calibration processes.

· Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

· Proficient with computer systems, inventory management software, and MS Office Suite.

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

· Ability to obtain a US Passport.

· Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

COMPENSATION

Attractive compensation package consisting of:

· Salary: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

· Medical, Dental, Vision insurances

· 401K Plan

· 2 weeks of Vacation Time per year

· 6 days of Personal/Sick Time per year

· 12 paid holidays
