Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Calls : Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, respond to inquiries, and provide information about insurance policies.
Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Policy Evaluation : Review existing policies and make recommendations for coverage adjustments or additional policies based on clients' needs.
Documentation and Follow-up : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, update policies as necessary, and follow up on pending tasks or requests.
Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Hold an active P & C insurance license in the state of Florida. Insurance Sales Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales. Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Goal-Oriented : Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. Attention to Detail : Meticulousness in paperwork and ensuring accuracy. Professionalism : Present oneself in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Insurance licensed Required, 2 years Allstate Sales Experience
Salary : $45,500 - $65,000
