Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
- Load and unload materials and tools, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced tradespeople.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Support skilled tradespeople in tasks such as framing, roofing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
- Participate in site clean-up activities at the end of each workday.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- A valid driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.71 - $16.38 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
