Job Details
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and supporting ServiceNow enterprise implementations in large complex environments.
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development including process automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and web services integration (SOAP, REST).
- 5 years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java integrations in ServiceNow.
- Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.
- Expert level understanding of ServiceNow Applications, and Modules.
- Enterprise and/or IT Service Management.
- Strong consultative background in enterprise environments, working closely with leadership on high visibility program-based initiatives.
- Ability to formulate and articulate technical vision.
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems.
- Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle.
- Strong technical project management and leadership skills.
- Enterprise Security and Architecture.
- ServiceNow Advanced System Administration.
- ServiceNow Application Development.
- Experience with database design schemas and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the conceptual as well as detail levels.
- Strong requirements gathering experience.
- Scripting, JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
ITIL Foundations Certification.
Preferred:
Master s degree or graduate certificate.
ITIL Expert or Intermediate certifications.
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) Certificate.
Other Platform Application Development ServiceNow certifications, for example CAS Performance Analytics.
