Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Operate the cash register, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
• Serve ice cream and other menu items while ensuring presentation meets company standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and back area.
• Upsell additional items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and making change effectively.
