Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2C sales, lead generation, and direct sales, with a passion for home improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct canvassing activities to identify and engage potential clients and manage company assigned leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly.
Requirements
- This is an entry level position, training will be provided.
- Needs reliable transportation. (Company EZ Pass provided). Company vehicle be available once rep is promoted to a W2 Position.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2C environment is a plus.
- Strong skills in lead generation and business development.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team.

Pay: $78,228.00 - $150,000.00 per year
