Job Description :

We are looking for skilled Class A CDL Drivers to join our Over-the-Road (OTR) team specializing in Dry Van operations. This position involves hauling loads primarily to and from Michigan with opportunities for long-haul routes.

Location : Michigan (Flat Rock 48134, New Boston 48164). Candidates must reside within 200 miles of these zip codes.

Primary Responsibilities :

Execute live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook assignments.
Transport freight outbound from Michigan, returning to Michigan after delivery.
Adapt to various routes and seasonal weather conditions.

Compensation Details :

Weekly Earnings : $1,200 - $1,500

Mileage : 1,500 - 2,100 miles per week

Stop Pay : $15 for each stop

Performance Bonus : Swift Driver Performance Bonus available.

Home Time and Shifts :

Home Time : Every two weeks

Shifts : Day and night shifts available

Weekend Work : Yes

Holiday Work : As per customer needs

Qualifications :

Experience : Open to both trainees and experienced drivers

Endorsements : No special endorsements required

Residence : Must live within 200 miles of zip codes 48134 or 48164
