Position Summary
As a Merchandising Specialist, the knowledge you develop in convenience channel merchandising will allow you to provide exceptional service for all MR Williams customers. In this position, you will work on a team with other Merchandising Specialists as well as a Merchandising Team Lead to ensure accurate and timely execution of store resets as assigned by the team lead.
Responsibilities
- Reading and executing Planograms (POGs) for assigned set areas.
- Removal and replacement of shelf stripping and UPC tags.
- Ensuring safe travel too and from job sites.
- Maintaining customer relationships and providing appropriate customer service when working in stores.
- Attending conferences/training as assigned by team lead.
Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties at any time.
- Customer service experience
- Good Driving Record
- Loading and unloading product
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements, Working Conditions, and Travel Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
- This position requires frequent overnight travel.
