POSITION SUMMARY
- The Marketing Administrator - Sports Partnerships will serve as the main contact at M Resort for the activation and execution of events on/off property with our sports franchise partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Ensures all elements of partner contracts are tracked and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Maintains and nurtures relationships with personnel from our sports partners to ensure M Resort is maximizing the value of these contracts and partnerships.
- Acts as liaison between property personnel and partners ensuring communication is provided as needed.
- Maintains ticket counts and ensures proper tracking of ticket inventory.
- Works closely with property leaders to schedule on property events for sports partners.
- Assists with the coordination of transportation for off-site marketing events to ensure M guests are safely and efficiently picked up/dropped off at stadium, arena and other venues.
- Communicates the forecasts and results of sponsored events to leadership.
- Provides superior level of guest service.
- Available to meet and greet premium customers while they are visiting the property to attend a game or sports partnership-related event.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills required.
- Must be able to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play.
- Maintains a running report of event status and availability.
- Provides support for marketing events which may include creation of newsletters and collateral, creation of monthly production reporting and other key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, sports management or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of related experience required, preferably in Casino or Sports Marketing.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency & knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Salesforce experience a plus.
- Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
- Ability to follow verbal and written direction and drive toward results.
- Must be able and willing to work any shift and long hours when necessary to include working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Strong understanding of gaming industry, special events and entertainment related activities helpful.
- Independently initiates, follows up, and completes assignments on time and on budget.
- Ability to interface professionally with casino customers, business contacts and internal departments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment and tact.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
