Education and Experience
To be considered for this role, the following qualifications are preferred:
- A college degree and/or relevant experience in Point of Sales, AIDC, Healthcare, or the Computer Industry.
- 2-5 years of sales experience. However, if you possess successful sales experience and skills, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
As a part of our dynamic team, you will:
- Collaborate with resellers such as Value Added Resellers (VARs), Software Developers (ISVs), Merchant Services Resellers (MSPs, ISOs), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Qualify and convert inbound and outbound leads through telephone calls, emails, and visits.
- Educate prospects and customers about our innovative products, exciting promotions, and comprehensive programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers through calls and visits.
- Offer expert consultation and advice to resellers on the most suitable and compatible hardware for their customers.
- Prepare compelling proposals and competitive price quotes.
- Secure and manage orders efficiently with the order desk.
- Conduct thorough follow-up activities to successfully sell hardware.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction through attentive follow-up.
- Address customer questions and encourage additional sales opportunities.
- Match company-provided end-user leads with the right solutions.
- Represent our company at industry trade shows and partner events.
- Coordinate with other departments and vendors as required.
- Organize partner events within the territory.
- Assist VARs in selecting software and aid ISVs in recruiting resellers.
Skills and Attributes
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent planning and organizing skills to manage tasks effectively.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage and inform customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for efficient documentation and communication.
Additional Requirements
- Regular work hours at the company office are expected.
- Occasional overnight travel is required, with all expenses covered.
