As part of our team, you will:
- Collect, transform, load, and analyze data from various sources, including EHR systems, claims, contracts, and other financial systems.
- Validate data by reviewing samples for both internal and external audits.
- Utilize internal software, tools, and techniques to create reports.
- Work on a combination of projects, including Medicare Bad Debts, Medicare S-10, Medicaid DSH Audits, HCRA Audits, and Public Goods Surcharge reporting.
Requirements
- BS degree (or equivalent work experience) in Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Information Management Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel using complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with MySQL.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Data Visualization – Tableau preferred
- Languages - PHP, Python, R
- Entry Level System Administration
- Statistical Data Analysis
- Familiarity with healthcare data or other healthcare reimbursement experience
- Exposure to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software
- Accounting and Finance principles
