Job Description :
As a Prime Brokerage Sales Associate / Director , you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, targeting, and onboarding new clients to our prime brokerage platform. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clientele, building long-term relationships and ensuring client success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new prime brokerage clients.
- Cultivate relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investors to identify potential business opportunities.
- Present the firms value proposition, platform features, and customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, risk, and technology) to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing client support.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to position the firm effectively.
