Duties

- Utilize Montessori methods and principles when applicable to enhance student learning experiences.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and literacy education strategies.
- Familiarity with curriculum development processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in toddler care or early intervention programs is desirable.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
