• Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and track interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service quality.
• Assist in resolving complaints by investigating problems and providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively support customers.
• Ensure all interactions are documented accurately for future reference.

Experience

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in data entry with the ability to type efficiently while conversing with customers.
• Experience with customer support software or office applications is advantageous.
• A keen ability to analyze situations and provide logical solutions is essential.
