Key Responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Create and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for all digital platforms.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continually improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and increase customer lifetime value.
- Optimize customer journeys and touchpoints to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage CRM tools and marketing automation to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and automated workflows to nurture leads and engage existing supporters.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for personalized marketing and improved customer experience.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Market Research and Trends:
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

You would be a great fit, if you have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of driving significant business growth through digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
