Position Description: Birmingham Pointe Lifestyle Concierge
The Concierge will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional, personalized service to the residents of the building under the leadership of the Lifestyle Manager. This position involves providing day-to-day assistance with a wide range of services that enhance the resident experience. The Concierge will be responsible for responding to resident requests, managing services, and maintaining a welcoming and supportive atmosphere at all times. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with both residents and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Assistance:
o Serve as the first point of contact for residents, responding promptly and professionally to their requests and inquiries.
o Assist with a variety of services including transportation arrangements, event coordination, restaurant reservations, housekeeping requests, and special services as needed.
o Ensure residents needs are met with a personalized, high-quality service tailored to individual preferences.
Daily Operations:
o Manage and coordinate building services, such as dry cleaning, laundry, dog walking, housekeeping, personal shopping, and wellness services.
o Facilitate reservations for amenities such as the fitness center, pool, rooftop lounge, and event spaces, ensuring a smooth experience for all residents.
o Oversee package handling, ensuring the timely and secure receipt, tracking, and delivery of packages to residents.
Event Support:
o Assist in organizing and coordinating resident-focused events, ensuring smooth execution and resident participation.
o Help set up events, manage guest services, and provide on-site assistance to ensure all aspects run smoothly.
o Provide excellent customer service during events, addressing any resident concerns or needs promptly.
Vendor Coordination:
o Coordinate with external vendors to arrange services for residents, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
o Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure a seamless experience for both residents and the building team.
Community Engagement:
o Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant community atmosphere, encouraging resident interaction and participation in building activities.
o Respond to feedback from residents, helping to improve the overall experience by identifying areas for improvement and communicating with the Lifestyle Manager.
Administrative Support:
o Maintain accurate records of resident requests and services provided.
o Assist with the tracking and updating of resident information, package deliveries, and service requests.
o Ensure the concierge desk is organized, stocked with necessary supplies, and ready to provide assistance to residents at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to anticipate resident needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
