Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative leasing and marketing strategies that exceed occupancy and revenue targets for assigned apartment communities.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of Leasing Consultants, providing tailored training, ongoing support, and performance evaluations to maximize individual and collective achievements.
- Collaborative Excellence: Collaborate seamlessly with regional managers, property teams, and maintenance staff to ensure a seamless resident journey from move-in to move-out.
- Market Insight: Stay attuned to market trends, competition, and rental rates to craft pricing strategies and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Community Alignment: Regularly visit properties to ensure leasing and marketing efforts align with community objectives and uphold presentation standards.
- Network Expansion: Develop and manage a network to generate leasing referrals, strengthening our external presence in the local market.
- Resident Loyalty: Oversee the implementation of resident retention programs, cultivating elevated resident satisfaction and a strong sense of community.
- Marketing Synergy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling collateral, online listings, and social media campaigns that attract potential renters.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive leasing reports to leadership, outlining performance metrics, market insights, and actionable strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident communications, and market analysis data to inform decision-making.
- Team Culture: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the leasing team, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Training and Development Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new and existing Leasing Consultants, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge to excel.
- Coordinate and lead training sessions on leasing techniques, customer service best practices, fair housing regulations, and company policies.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to improve leasing strategies and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with HR to onboard new Leasing Consultants and facilitate orientation sessions.
- Incorporate industry trends and best practices into training programs for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Organize role-playing sessions and workshops to enhance leasing skills and negotiation tactics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert during training sessions and team meetings.
Required Skills/Abilities:- Proven sales and leasing success within the apartment industry.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in leasing and property management software.
- In-depth knowledge of local apartment market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis.

Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of sales and leasing experience in communities.
- Previous leadership or management experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
Position is a base salary with the ability to make up to $40,000 in commissions.
