Key Responsibilities :
Roller Operator : Operate roller, assist in preparing and smoothing materials for paving jobs, working with the crew to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
CDL Driver : Transport materials to residential and comercial job sites, and supporting the crew in maintaining safety and quality throughout the job.
Qualifications :
Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment. Must take pride in producing high-quality work. Previous labor experience is a plus but not required—training is available for the right candidates. Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to the success of the team.
Employment Type :
Full-time position (Monday through Friday) Overtime may be required during the busy season.
Compensation :
Competitive pay based on experience.

Location :
Jobs will be on-site at residential and commercial properties across Southern NH and Northern MA.
