- Create and prepare baked goods and pastries (including bread)

- Complete running tasks (clean surface/floor/equipment/stocking of stations/cooler maintenance)
- Properly label and store food, supplies, and materials
- Maintain an efficient rotation of products in all areas to minimize waste and spoilage
- Create food of the highest quality and to M Street standards
- Display focus, accuracy, and a sense of urgency/speed when executing all assigned tasks
